The Billing Details page on SKUTOPIA is an essential section for managing your account's financial information. Only the Account Owner has access to this page, ensuring that sensitive billing information is secure.
How to access and use the Billing Details Page
- Login to your SKUTOPIA account.
- Navigate to the 'Account Settings' section.
- Select 'Billing Details' from the menu.
Here’s an overview of the functionalities available on the Billing Details page:
1. Billing Details
You can view and update the following billing information:
Name: The name associated with the billing account.
Email: The email address for billing communications.
Address: The physical address used for billing purposes.
Phone Number: The contact number for billing inquiries.
Add card details: Adding new payment methods or modifying existing ones to ensure uninterrupted service.
2. Subscription
You can view details about your current subscription plan, including:
Plan Type: The type of subscription plan you are on.
Next Monthly Payment Date: The date when the next payment is due.
3. Incurring Charges
This section provides a breakdown of any incurred charges you’re currently accumulating. Once you have reached your payment threshold you will be automatically invoiced for that amount and you can also view:
Payment threshold: The total incurred costs on your account.
Service Fees by Category: Fees for the services you have incurred are broken down by category and sub-category.

Download breakdown: You can download the breakdown of your current incurring charges.

Downloadable Invoices and Breakdowns: The ability to download invoices and breakdowns for record-keeping or accounting purposes.
