Booking a Carrier Shipping Label on SKUTOPIA

Our shipping platform offers a simple and efficient process for merchants to book carrier shipping labels. Here's how to do it:

1. Access Your Orders

Log into your SKUTOPIA account and navigate to the Sales Orders section. Here, you'll see all incoming orders from your connected e-commerce platforms.

2. Select an Order

Choose the order for which you want to book a shipping label. You can do this individually or in bulk:

  • For a single order: Click on the specific order to open its details.
  • For multiple orders: Use the bulk selection feature to choose several orders at once.
3. Choose a Carrier

SKUTOPIA provides access to over 100 couriers across Australia and internationally. You have two options for selecting a carrier:

  • Manual selection: Choose your preferred courier from the available options.
  • Auto-selection: By default, you can have SKUTOPIA automatically assign a carrier based on automations. SKUTOPIA lets you nominate carriers automatically either through nominating the cheapest carrier for the most cost-effective option or recommended carriers for the best quality option.
4. Book the Carrier

Once you've selected your preferred carrier (or let SKUTOPIA choose for you), simply click the "Book Carrier'' button. This action will generate the shipping label.

5. Print the Label

After booking, you can immediately print the shipping label. SKUTOPIA works with any label printer that can print 10cm x 15cm labels.

Bulk Actions

For high-volume merchants:

  • Use the bulk label booking feature to book multiple orders simultaneously from the Sales Order section.
  • Take advantage of the bulk label download option, which allows you to download up to 100 labels at once.
  • If you prefer to manage your orders one-by-one we have keyboard shortcuts that make this practice easier (link to hot key Hubspot article here)

Track the Shipment

Once the label is booked, you can track the shipment's progress directly through the SKUTOPIA platform via the Tracking ID.
