Currently SKUTOPIA's platform does not support the ability to book return labels directly. If you need a return label for your customers, please follow the steps below to contact our Customer Success team.
Steps to Request a Return Label
1. Contact our Customer Success Team: Reach out to our Customer Success team directly to request a return label. You can contact them via email or phone, as provided in your SKUTOPIA account details.2 Provide Necessary Information: When contacting the Customer Success team, ensure you provide the following details:
- Your business name and account details.
- The order number for which the return label is required.
- The reason for the return.
- Any specific instructions or requirements for the return process.
Important Notes
- Domestic Returns Only: At this stage, SKUTOPIA only supports return labels for domestic shipments within Australia. We do not support return labels for international locations.
- High-Volume Fashion and Apparel Merchants: If you are a fashion or apparel merchant with significant volume requirements and are seeking further automation, please contact our Customer Success team. They may be able to discuss additional options and solutions tailored to your needs.
