Save time and effort by pre-configuring your custom parcel size and weight.
Set up a Custom Parcel
- On the left side pane, click on Settings > Parcels.
Click Add new parcel to add a new parcel.
- Enter the parcel name, parcel type, weight and dimensions then click save parcel.
- This custom parcel is now available as a preset when choosing a parcel prior to booking a carrier. Sample screenshot below.
Edit existing Custom Parcel
- In our example below, we've created a custom parcel labeled as small box. Click on edit when you want to change any details or if you want to delete a custom parcel entry.
- Once you're done simply click on save parcel. In case you want to delete an entry, just click on delete parcel instead. You can also set a default parcel type for all of your orders from here.
Please make sure that you measure both the weight and dimensions of your parcel. Update your preset parcels whenever you have changes to your packaging.
