STEPS:
- Go to https://app.skutopia.com/sign-in.
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
- Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Not receiving the link?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- If it’s not there, review your email provider’s spam settings and make sure to allow the following domains:
workitspaces.com.au
skutopia.com.au
skutopia.com
Note: Email providers differ in their settings. For example, if you’re using Zoho, you can find guidance here. Refer to the “Allowlist/Blocklist” section, specifically the “Add an Email Address or Domain to Allowlist/Blocklist” subheading, and follow Steps 1, 2, 3, and 5.
