How to Cancel a Shipping Label on SKUTOPIA

If you need to cancel a shipping label on the SKUTOPIA platform, follow these straightforward steps. This process allows you to manage your shipping efficiently and avoid unnecessary charges.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into Your SKUTOPIA Account
    1. Start by logging into your SKUTOPIA merchant account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the 'Awaiting Carrier' Tab
    1. Once logged in, go to the Sales Orders section.
    2. Click on the 'Awaiting Carrier' tab. This tab displays all orders that have shipping labels booked but are yet to be picked up by the carrier.
  3. Locate the Shipping Label to Cancel
    1. Browse through the list of orders in the 'Awaiting Carrier' tab to find the specific order for which you want to cancel the shipping label.
  4. Cancel the Shipping Label
    1. For Individual Orders: Once you find the order, look for the Cancel label button associated with that order. 
    2. For Bulk Cancellation: If you need to cancel multiple labels at once, select the orders you wish to cancel by checking the boxes next to each order.
  5. Confirmation of Cancellation
    1. After successfully canceling the shipping label(s), you will receive a confirmation message on screen. The canceled labels will be removed from your 'Awaiting Carrier' tab. Shipping labels can be rebooked for that order when ready.
