How to Fix Out-of-Sync Orders in SKUTOPIA

If your orders appear to be out of sync between Shopify and SKUTOPIA Shipping Platform, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Open your Shopify admin panel
  2. Navigate to the "Orders" section
  3. Identify and select the orders that are not syncing with SKUTOPIA
  4. For each affected order:
    1. Click on the three dots menu (⋮) next to the order
    2. Add tag “sync”
  5. This action should trigger a sync, pushing the orders through to SKUTOPIA Shipping Platform
  6. Verify that the orders now appear in SKUTOPIA

Optional: Removing Tags or Notes

After the orders have synced successfully, you may choose to remove the tags or notes you added:

  1. Return to the Shopify "Orders" section
  2. Select the previously flagged orders
  3. Click the three dots menu (⋮)
  4. Choose "Remove tags" or "Remove note"
  5. Confirm the removal

Remember, you can also leave the tags or notes as they are if you prefer to keep track of which orders required manual syncing.
