How to Print a Shipping Label with SKUTOPIA

For Shipping Label Printers

  1. Set Up Your Printer: Connect your thermal label printer to your computer via USB or network.
  2. Create the Shipping Label: Log into your SKUTOPIA account.
  3. Print the Label: Click on the "Print Label" button.

For A4 Printers 

  1. Set Up Your Printer: Connect your A4 printer (laser or inkjet) to your computer.

  2. Create the Shipping Label: Log into your SKUTOPIA account.

  3. Print the Label: Click on the "Print Label" button.


Recommended Label Sheets and Rolls

Thermal Printers: 

  • DYMO LabelWriter® 4XL: Compatible with 4x6 inch adhesive labels. 
  • Rollo Label Printer: Works with any direct thermal label, including 4x6 inch rolls.

A4 Printers:

  • Avery 5126: Full-sheet labels that can be cut to size.
  • Online Labels OL175: Pre-cut 4x6 inch labels on A4 sheets.


Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Label Printing Too Small or Large: Ensure the printer driver's default paper size matches your label dimensions.
  2. Skipping or Blank Labels: Calibrate your thermal printer to ensure it recognises the label size.
  3. Ink Smearing or Toner Flaking (A4 Printers): Ensure you are using high-quality ink or toner.
  4. Alignment Issues: Verify that the label template matches the label size in your printer settings.
  5. Paper Jams: Ensure the paper or label sheets are loaded correctly.
