You can easily check your parcel's delivery status with the nominated carrier through SKUTOPIA's Shipping Platform.
1. Booking and Initial Status:
- When you book a collection for your order, it will move through several states: from Open to Awaiting Carrier to Shipped.
- For a new order that has just had a carrier booked but has not yet been collected, go to the Awaiting Carrier tab in the Sales Order section in your Skutopia Shipping Platform dashboard.
- Click on Awaiting Carrier to check if a Tracking ID has been supplied by the carrier. This Tracking ID hyperlink will provide up-to-date statuses on the location of the package.

2. Tracking ID Hyperlink:
- Click on the Tracking ID hyperlink. This will redirect you to the carrier's tracking page for that order, where you can see your parcel's latest tracking status and updates.

3. Post-Collection Status:
- If your parcel has been collected, it will appear under the Shipped tab.
- Here, you can check orders that are still in transit and those that have already been delivered.
- For further information, click on the Tracking ID hyperlink to open the carrier's page and view the parcel's latest tracking details.
