These keyboard shortcuts, known as hotkeys are designed to streamline the order processing workflow, reducing the time and effort required to manage individual orders.
From the Sales order page, open up an order then press the corresponding keys for each shortcut:
- J/K: Use these keys to move up and down the order list, respectively. This allows for quick navigation through multiple orders without using the mouse
- B: Book a carrier for the selected order from the Open Sales Order tab
- P: Print a shipping label from the Awaiting carrier Sales Order tab
- Esc: Exit the order panel, allowing you to return to the main sales order list.
Hovering above certain buttons will also show you the associated keyboard shortcut.
