Managing Your Orders

Review and manage your orders easily through the Sales Order page on the SKUTOPIA Shipping Platform

Viewing all your orders by order status


When you open the SKUTOPIA app, you’ll see the Sales orders dashboard which gives an overview of orders by status.

Open orders will automatically sync to Processing at SKUTOPIA once accepted for fulfilment.

After orders are packed and ready for dispatch, the status changes to Awaiting carrier. Then once the order is with the carrier, statuses will change to Shipped and finally Delivered.

 

Reviewing specific orders


Any orders that could not be fulfilled by SKUTOPIA will remain in the Open tab.

Potential reasons
  • An issue with the customer’s address
  • A product is out-of-stock
  • A product is missing product information, such as its barcode, sku, or weight


Tracking shipping status


Need to check on an order? All orders that are in Awaiting carrier, Shipped, or Delivered status will have a tracking link that can be accessed from the table view or from the order panel view.

Tip: use the search bar or filters to help quickly find particular orders.
