How to Update Recipient Address and Contact Details on an order

  1. Navigate to the Sales Order page.
  2. Locate the order: Use the search bar to find the specific order if needed.
  3. Open the order details: Click on the order to view the Sales Order details.
  4. Find the recipient address section: Scroll down to the recipient address section.
  5. Update the recipient details: You will see a form with the following fields. Update as necessary:

    Recipient Information
    Name: [e.g., Jane Smith]
    Company: (optional)
    Address: [e.g., 100 Workit Lane]
    Apartment, suite, etc.: (optional) [e.g., 10]
    Suburb: [e.g., Sydney]
    Country: [e.g., Australia]
    State / Territory: [e.g., New South Wales]
    Postcode: [e.g., 2000]
    Phone: [e.g., 0411222333]
  6. Save your changes: After updating the necessary information, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.

Remember to double-check all entered information for accuracy before saving to ensure correct delivery of the order.
