The Sales Order Table in SKUTOPIA is designed to give merchants a clear and organised view of all their sales orders. This table can be customised to display the most relevant information, making it easier to manage orders.

- Statuses: Indicate the current state of each sales order.

Sales Order List Tabs
The Sales Order Table is organised into various tabs to help merchants quickly find orders based on their status. To get started, view your orders that require confirmation of bookings or further action in OPEN and REVIEW. 
Sales Order View vs. Full Page View
- Sales Order View: Provides a summary of the order with essential details including details of the SKUs for that order, the recipients delivery address, recipient email and phone number, shipping costs and delivery tracking information. To drill down on a specific order click the order and the right side panel will appear.
- Full Page View: Offers a detailed view of all orders, including all associated information and actions that can be taken. From here bulk actions can be taken like Bulk booking carriers and printing labels.
Sales Order Statuses
Understanding the different statuses of sales orders is crucial for effective order management. Here are the statuses used in SKUTOPIA:
- OPEN: The incoming status for a new sales order.
- AWAITING CARRIER: Orders that have been packed and have a shipping label attached which are now ready for collection from the nominated Carrier.
- SHIPPED: Package(s) have been picked up by the carrier and are being delivered.
- DELIVERED: Package has been confirmed delivered by the Carrier.
- PROCESSING AT SKUTOPIA: Fulfilment has been assigned to the SKUTOPIA fulfilment centre. This status only appears for merchants who are utilising the SKUTOPIA Robotic Warehouse for the management of their stock and orders.
- ARCHIVED: The sales order has been archived, typically when the Shopify order status has been updated to archived and SKUTOPIA will reflect those changes on the platform.
- CANCELLED: The sales order has been cancelled.
Merchants can customise the columns in the Sales Order Table to display the most relevant information. This customisation helps in focusing on critical data points and enhances the efficiency of order management.
Using Filters
Filters are a powerful tool for narrowing down the list of sales orders. Merchants can filter orders based on various criteria such as status, date range, customer name, and more. This functionality is particularly useful for managing large volumes of orders.
