How to Set Authority to Leave or Signature on Delivery for Each Carrier?

Pick an appropriate delivery method based on the products that you're sending. Choose "Authority to Leave" for products that don't require a signature and "Verification Required" for those that need a recipient upon delivery.

1. On your Skutopia dashboard, look for the gear icon on the left side pane to open Settings then choose "Carriers".
   
   
2. Choose the carrier that you want to edit and click on settings at the far right end.
   
   
3. Choose the delivery method that you need then click on save to finalise the settings for this carrier.
   
   
4. Please note that for parcels that need to be given to a recipient, you have the option to require a signature as well.
   
   
   
   
5. When sending parcels through GoPeople, you may also set a requirement for an ID check or Age Verification (18+) for items that should only be received by adults.
