Billing Period
Your billing period is determined by the date you subscribed to our platform. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, your billing period will run from the 15th of one month to the 14th of the next month.
Charging Thresholds
These thresholds vary depending on the plan you are subscribed to:
- Free Plan: $50
- Grow Plan: $100
- Scale Plan: $300
- Power Plan: $1000
How it works
- Threshold Billing: If your account’s usage charges reach the threshold amount for your plan before the end of your billing period, your credit card will be charged immediately. This ensures that your account remains in good standing and that services are not interrupted.
- End-of-Period Billing: At the end of each billing period, you will be charged for any remaining balance that has not yet been billed as well as the subscription fee. This includes any usage that you did not reach the threshold amount during the billing period.
Monitoring your Usage
You can monitor your usage and charges in real-time through your Billing Details dashboard. This allows you to stay informed about your current charges and anticipate the future when you might reach your billing threshold.
